Hi Everyone,
Having taken a break from Blogging, I will be back with a vengeance and a newly revised spirit in the new year, A lot has happened since my last post, including new toys for me and the bike, the formation of a cycling group, the first ride is today.
Lets see if a group ride pushes me harder than the kids can.

A tough journey to regain a higher level of fitness and a lot less fat. a few months on and a few pounds lighter I want to share my story and offer hint's tips and recipes that helped me and set up a page where people can help and support each other with the same battle.
