After following the weightwatchers diet and losing weight at an pleasing rate, I step on the clever scales at home and they reveal much more,
I have been losing muscle mass and not much fat.
Time for a re think, as much as I want to be lighter I want to be leaner even more. the weight watchers diet is fantastic for weight loss not quite so for training.
I revise my diet to eat more protein and less carbs, and slightly more fat to keep thing's running smoothly.
