Time for a long bike ride, I have promised the boys that what ever the weather we will be going, Tuesday night comes, a killer day at work, and the last thing I want to do is cycle, but a promise is a promise, so we kit up and head into the hills. what a fantastic ride, and the best stress buster ever.
A tough journey to regain a higher level of fitness and a lot less fat. a few months on and a few pounds lighter I want to share my story and offer hint's tips and recipes that helped me and set up a page where people can help and support each other with the same battle.
