a few months on and a few pounds lighter I want to share my story and offer hint's tips and recipes that helped me and set up a page where people can help and support each other with the same battle.
Another week of cycling to and from work and Friday mornings weigh in arrives, I step onto the scales ...... 99.0 Kgs - 1/2 a kilo ! - still a loss is a loss so it's still moving in the right direction. I put it down to no mid week ride.
