Tip 7.

Cheat.  

 The human body is a remarkable feat of engineering,
but also a bit on the stupid side, When you diet your body slows down and starts storing fat, this is because it doesn't know when it's going to get it's next meal, The more you diet the worse it gets. A tip that works for me Cheat !! Go out for dinner with your loved ones or have a Burger, Eat a pizza whatever takes your fancy. this will have the effect of rebooting your system, your body will no longer be in starvation mode and will start burning fat again. Once every couple or weeks will be enough, and those plateau will soon be a downhill slope again.
Keep Your Body Guessing !!!
