Day 2 - I downloaded a pro points app on my phone and hit the supermarket.
I was allowed 43 pro points a day.
OMG - what an eye opener,
Sausages - 6 points each
Burgers - 8 points
Pork Belly Slices - 17 points
No wonder I was getting so overweight.
This needed more research.
Chicken was good, Fish was better, Fruit and veg were free
