a few months on and a few pounds lighter I want to share my story and offer hint's tips and recipes that helped me and set up a page where people can help and support each other with the same battle.
my mind was made up ! how did I let myself get this bad ? I got home from work and had a long chat with my wife, a plan was formed (she uses weight watchers) the diet was starting Saturday morning.
