Tip 4

Chart your progress.

 For both weight loss and fitness keep a record of how things are going, saying I have lost a pound this week won't give you the same motivation as I have lost 13 Lbs so far.
 To chart Fitness there are apps for your phone that use gps to monitor your progress.
I use Runtastic mountain bike which also enables live tracking so my wife knows when to expect me home and so far I have come home to a cup of tea and a big hug every time. Thank you Shiralee
