a few months on and a few pounds lighter I want to share my story and offer hint's tips and recipes that helped me and set up a page where people can help and support each other with the same battle.
Still following the weight watchers plan and eating some of the tastiest food I have had for ages, my intake of fruit and vegetables went from 5 a month to 5-10 a day, filling, tasty and zero fat.
