A tough journey to regain a higher level of fitness and a lot less fat. a few months on and a few pounds lighter I want to share my story and offer hint's tips and recipes that helped me and set up a page where people can help and support each other with the same battle.

Looking through ebay I see a picture of a new mountain bike I would like, I send a link to my wife expecting a NO, her answer is if you keep this up for six weeks you can have a new bike, but she sends me a link to a bike she found with a comment about liking the colour, she then say's you can have this one if you stay motivated.
