Friday - end of week one

Lot's of simple meals for the first week, Stir fry's, low fat sausages and mash potato, Spaghetti Bolognese, nice and tasty and low fat as well.

End of week one Weigh in 103Kgs - that's a 4 Kg (8.8 lbs.) loss.

Whilst chatting to one of the ladies at work it turns out I am not the only one starting a diet a few minutes later and the office fat club is formed. 2 Ladies and 3 Guys have joined.


We all put in £1 a week and after every 3 months the biggest loser takes the pot.
