Core

After Saturdays ride I have a slight pull in my side, I didn't realise how weak my core muscles were, a trawl through the internet and I decide on the A6W routine. a set of 6 exercises, day 1. 6 reps of each exercise, 36 sit ups - easy ! day 2 3 sets of 6 reps 108 sit ups ! not quite so easy
