Hi Guys, sorry I haven't been posting recently between home, work and family I haven't had time to think.
the good news is the road bike is only a few days away, the cyclescheme paperwork has been sorted and the bike has been ordered. hopefully this time next week the bike will be sat waiting for me to ride it.
I will endeavour to post more regular updates, as I try and get my never ending quest for fitness, back on track, which is always harder in the winter.
A tough journey to regain a higher level of fitness and a lot less fat. a few months on and a few pounds lighter I want to share my story and offer hint's tips and recipes that helped me and set up a page where people can help and support each other with the same battle.
