Tip No. 1 : Set your Targets High.



Many web sites will tell you the opposite and to aim small, this is to stop you losing motivation when you don't reach a big target.
However; for me setting a big target is the way to go this gives me a challenge and keeps me motivated. I am far more likely to give up if my only aim is to lose 1 Lb.
